To usher in National Library Week, Patterson Library held an evening featuring the books of Kevin Henkes featuring a visit from Lilly and the Purple Purse, one of the author's characters. Over 40 children and parents enjoyed meeting Lilly, listening to stories and creating craft projects related to the stories of the author.
